We are facing tough times across the United States, as the economy continues to decline and unemployment increases. But tough times are nothing new to Galesburg. The concern that I, as well many others, have is that Galesburg does not have a plan nor a direction to bring about the necessary changes needed to create a future for our young people, our families, and our businesses.
